What costs what
Every charge Westly makes, and what is free. Nothing else is billed.

| Card deposits | Optional. On a £20 deposit the fee is £2. It goes on your monthly invoice, is never taken from the deposit, and is not charged if the deposit is refunded. Stripe’s own card fees are separate. | |

Questions about price
- Do prices include VAT?
- Yes. Every price on this page includes VAT at 20%, and you get a VAT invoice each month.
- When do I pay?
- Monthly in arrears: after the end of each calendar month, Westly sends one invoice for that month’s subscription, any extra texts and any new-client fees.
- Is there a contract?
- You can leave on one month’s notice and download your data at any time. If prices ever change, you get at least 30 days’ notice by email.
- Who counts as a bookable team member?
- Anyone clients can book an appointment with, including you. Team members who are not bookable, such as reception or admin, are free.
- Does Westly take a percentage of my bookings?
- No. There is no commission on any booking. The only charge connected to a booking is the one-off new-client fee, when Westly’s own directory found you a new client who turned up.
