The day, as your front desk sees it

Three stylists, one location, live status on every booking. Drawn from the same components the product uses, so it cannot drift from what you actually get.

Three steps to a working diary

Guided setup, in the order a business actually needs it.

  1. 1

    Add your locations and staff

Opening hours per location, working patterns per person, and who does what.

  2. 2

    Price your services

Duration, price and buffers. The diary uses all three when it looks for a free slot.

  3. 3

    Start booking

Take bookings at the desk and online, with every customer’s history kept as it happened.

What Westly does today

Everything below is built and running. Nothing on this page describes something you cannot use.

  • Business setup

Create a business, set your timezone and currency, and work through a guided setup.

  • Locations

One site or several, each with its own address and opening hours.

  • Staff

Team members, the locations they work at, and the hours they work there.

  • Services

Durations, prices and buffers, with per-location and per-staff overrides where they differ.

  • Customers

Records, notes, tags, consent and a full history of what has happened to each relationship.

  • Appointments

Book, move, cancel and check in. Double bookings are prevented by the database itself.

  • Calendar

Day and week views by staff member, and an agenda that works on a phone.

  • Online booking

Your own booking page: customers pick a treatment, a stylist or anyone free, and a time that is really free. Confirmed straight away.

  • Your salon page

Services, prices, team, opening hours, reviews and directions, found through Westly’s treatment search and map.

  • Customer accounts

Customers see their bookings, move or cancel within your rules, book again with the same stylist and save their favourite places.

  • Emails and reminders

Confirmations, changes and reminders sent for you, at the time each customer chooses, with your logo on them.

  • Marketing

Customer groups, email campaigns, rebook nudges and birthday offers, only ever to people who agreed to hear from you.

  • Reviews

Asked for after real visits only, so every review on your page is from a customer.

  • Team and rota

Rotas, time-off requests, each stylist’s own schedule and a public profile with their photo and specialities.

  • Check-in

Customers show a code from their confirmation email, and the desk scans it.

Coming next

Not yet available

These are being built. They are listed so you know where Westly is going, not because you can use them now.

  • Reporting

    Planned

Revenue, retention and utilisation drawn from the work you have already done.

  • Inventory

    Planned

Stock and product sales alongside the services you provide.

One connected system for every part of your appointment business.

A customer is one record. When they book, the appointment points at that record — not a copy of their name. Change their phone number once and every booking, past and future, is correct.

A service knows how long it takes, what it costs and how much tidying it needs afterwards. When somebody books it, those values are written onto the appointment as it stood that day — so raising your prices next month does not rewrite what a customer was quoted last week.

Staff belong to locations and perform particular services. Availability is the overlap of your opening hours, their rota and what is already booked. Nothing is typed in twice, so nothing can disagree.
