- How much does Westly cost for a lash and brow bar?
- £7.50 a month for one bookable person, £9.50 for two, £14.50 for three, then £5 for each extra bookable team member. Prices include VAT. Each bookable team member gets 25 texts a month, then texts are 6p each. Emails are free.
- Do you take a commission on my bookings?
- No. Bookings from your own clients are never charged. The only extra is a one-off £4 when Westly's own directory brings you a new client and they come in for their appointment.
- Can I bring my clients across from my current booking platform?
- Yes. Export your clients, services and upcoming appointments from your booking platform or a spreadsheet, and Westly imports them. Each import has a check you run first, which shows what will happen and saves nothing until you say so.
- Does Westly track patch tests?
- Yes. Record each test and result, set how long a test stays valid, and see whether a client is covered when they book.
- Can I run it on my own from my phone?
- Yes. The diary, client records and check-in all work on a phone.
