- How much does Westly cost for a nail salon?
- £7.50 a month for one bookable person, £9.50 for two, £14.50 for three, then £5 for each extra bookable team member. Prices include VAT. Each bookable team member gets 25 texts a month, then texts are 6p each. Emails are free.
- Do you take a commission on my bookings?
- No. Bookings from your own clients are never charged. The only extra is a one-off £4 when Westly's own directory brings you a new client and they come in for their appointment.
- Can I bring my clients across from my current booking platform?
- Yes. Export your clients, services and upcoming appointments from your booking platform or a spreadsheet, and Westly imports them. Each import has a check you run first, which shows what will happen and saves nothing until you say so.
- Can clients rebook their infill online?
- Yes. They can book again with the same technician from their Westly account, and you can set reminders for when an infill is due.
- Does it work for a mobile or home-based nail tech?
- Yes. One bookable person is £7.50 a month, VAT included, and you choose what your booking page shows.
